What do you do with someone who can always find fault in others--but rarely takes ownership of his or her own errors?

We can’t always expect improvement by focusing only on what’s working; sometimes you have to address what isn’t working. It’s about balance.

In this week’s leadership training course, we learn a lesson from sports on why being backward-focused may occasionally be necessary too.
