    What I have found is that the key to the framework is that it "naturally invites listening". Often managers think they need a "trick or technique" to help them get motivation from their people. What happens when you use the questions of the framework is that not only managers "listen naturally" but the team listens too and trust, motivation and increased morale happens. Think about it--"Who does not like to have their opinion 'asked for'"? It will happen "naturally" if you use the framework.
