Making Managers into Leaders Learning System is a six module program that takes you through our hugely successful leadership development program. Between modules, which are time-released during your first three months of membership, we invite you to join the Group Coaching sessions that are every other week to answer any questions. The MMIL Forum is also available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to get answers and share insights.
